Jeffrey Kelsen is the Principal Broker at Allegiance Realty.  Mr. Kelsen has been in the real estate business since 1982, and been a licensed Broker since 1987.  After 27 years at another local firm, which was small in 1980's, which grew steadily during his tenure, to the largest upstate by the mid 2000's, Mr. Kelsen decided to develop his own Company.  Over the years  Jeffrey has been involved in a wide variety of transactions from local business to Corporate Services, Business Brokerage and real estate and business consulting.  Mr. Kelsen is a family man, married 30 years with two grown children.  "Now I can finally devote some quality time to real estate",  is the latest comment.  Jeff likes to play tennis and sail on the Fingerlakes of upstate NY.   

Scott Nash is a licensed salesperson, Mr. Nash specializes in residential, and development, with a solid background in construction, and interior buildouts.  Scott is an avid golfer.     

 Phil Alibrandi is a licensed salesperson with a background in sales and ownership of investment real estate.  Mr. Alibrandi specializes in residential, commercial and investment properties.  Phil enjoys his Son's soccer team.
